    Is it possible for outsiders to attend this event? I’m not a UP student; but I’m still a student.

    I’m eager to attend these events because it will increase my knowledge and my network of programming geeks.

    Raymond,

    General Assemblies are for members only. However, we have events that are open to non-members as well, like the PHP Roadshow 2009. :)
