Java Tutorial - Revisited

The UP ACM-JUG Java Tutorial was given by Mr. Aldwin Lee (Manager of UP JRDC) last Saturday, January 20, 2007, at the UP Java Research & Development Center (UP JRDC) at the UP-Ayala Technopark.

The tutorial covered basic Java which included background of the Java programming language and a hands-on practice on classes, data types, overloaded constructors, parameter passing, methods and command line arguments.

Participants of the tutorial were students from the College of Business Administration, College of Engineering, College of Education and the Institute of Library and Information Science which included UP ACM-JUG members and non-members.

Part two of this tutorial will be held at the UP Java Research & Development Center (UP JRDC) located at the UP-Ayala Technopark, C.P. Garcia corner Katipunan Avenue. Date is to be announced later.
