Client comment on a cover design for a governmental report of racial equality. “Can you use a blacker person? This guy is too light, and throw in an asian girl.”

we had just completed a website for a client and we wanted the client to make a final walkthrough so that they could give the green light for the launch. me : you can view the final version at the test location, http://www…. client : eeeuh can you print out every page for us for the final conformation? me : why? client : well the owner of the company (and apperently the only one who could give the green light for the launch!) refuses to use a computer. me : eeeuh ok

Client Comment when designing the cover of his company brochure - “make it internetty” Me Outloud - “Can you more fully describe ‘internetty’ to me.” Me In my mind - “I did not know that ‘internetty’ was a design style. I guess that means I should add a mouse pointer to the design…” Outcome - I added a mouse pointer to the design and he was happy.
